Shoulder inferior glide

Inferior glide is an isometric exercise which can be performed in the early stages of rehabilitation to preferentially targets serratus anterior and lower trapezius, which focusses on humeral head depression and scapula retraction.

Low row is an isometric exercise which preferentially targets serratus anterior and lower trapezius and focusses on scapula external rotation and posterior tilt.
